This site is operated by The Barrington Village Association, an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation (herein "BVA"). The terms of use and privacy policy for this site are set forth below. By using this site, you are agreeing to these terms, conditions and privacy policy. Please note, Ticket Leap is a providing partner with the BVA in connection with Uncork Barrington. Thus, in purchasing tickets for this event, additional terms, conditions and privacy policies will apply, namely those disclosed in connection with any purchase of event tickets you make through Ticket Leap (see http://info.ticketleap.com/help/privacy/ and http://info.ticketleap.com/help/terms/).

The contents of this Website, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other Website content (collectively, "Website Content"), are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Website Content is the property of BVA or its content suppliers. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this Website is the exclusive property of BVA and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Website Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction and Forum
These Terms and conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with courts of competent jurisdiction seated within the state or federal courts within Illinois, and you hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state of Illinois and the courts of competent jurisdiction sitting in Illinois.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Entire Agreement
Except as expressly provided in other written agreements, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and BVA with respect to the use of this site.

BVA has developed this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received through this website or otherwise. BVA may collect, at the time of your submission, certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and information about your computer hardware and software (e.g., IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring website addresses).
Personal information may be made available to employees and agents of BVA, who will act under the same level of protection, to carry out the business of BVA.

(b) to inform clients of news and other developments at BVA;

Your Access to Personal Information

Customers have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate by contacting BVA. BVA will promptly correct such personal information.
